Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise specified. Some special quotations may have a shorter validity period (e.g., 12 days), which will be clearly indicated. Prices are subject to change after the quotation validity period expires. Pricing may vary depending on quantities, branding requirements, artwork specifications, or material availability.
Production will commence only after all of the following requirements have been completed:
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork before production. Logos and artwork should be provided in high-resolution vector formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF whenever possible.
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
As most of our products are custom-made, branded, or personalized, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defects or production errors caused by 818 Media.
Once a quotation has been approved and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Any advance payments made are non-refundable, and the customer may be liable for the full order value, depending on the production stage.
Production timelines begin only after final artwork approval, order confirmation, and receipt of the required advance payment. Unless otherwise stated, the estimated production time is approximately 18 working days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, shipping delays, customs clearance, public holidays, supplier availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 818 Media shall not be held liable for delays resulting from such circumstances.
The outstanding balance becomes payable immediately once the order is ready. If the customer requests to postpone collection or delivery, the remaining balance must still be settled in full. 818 Media reserves the right to charge storage fees for orders that remain uncollected for an extended period.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted if the product is defective due to manufacturing, or the delivered item differs from the approved order. Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
The customer confirms that they own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, artwork, images, and other materials supplied to 818 Media. 818 Media accepts no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringements arising from customer-provided artwork. All website content, designs, graphics, photographs, and materials created by 818 Media remain the intellectual property of 818 Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
818 Media’s total liability shall be limited to the value of the products or services purchased. Under no circumstances shall 818 Media be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used to process orders, provide services, improve customer experience, or comply with applicable legal requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
